Return Material Authorization Form

Golden Pacific Systems, Inc. is confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely happy with a product you buy, you have 7 days to return it in new condition. If you wish to return an item, please email sales@goldenpacificsystems.com or call our Client Service Team at 800-628-0345. Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your product, and will be charged a 15% item re-stocking fee. Additionally, the cost of shipping the product to you originally will not be refunded. Products to be returned must be new and unused. Custom or personalized products may not be returned.

Applied Credit: Your credit will be applied to your next online order, after receipt of returned items. Your invoice will reflect the total amount to be credited and the items you returned.

How It Works: The instructions below are designed to speed the return of your product. Carefully follow each of the steps below, so Golden Pacific Systems, Inc. may provide you with a satisfactory return experience.

Return by Mail or Express Carriers

  1. Call our Client Services team at 800-628-0345 for assistance. You will be issued a “Return Authorization” number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the RMA for your future reference.
  2. Place the item securely in the original package, if possible. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to returned item.
  3. Fill out the RMA form, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package.
  4. Keep a copy of the RMA form for your reference.
  5. If return shipping by USPS – insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
  6. If return shipping by FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. – Keep a copy of the tracking number.
  7. Please do not send your return C.O.D. – we cannot accept it.

Exchange Policy

You can exhcange items provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition upon
receipt and the merchandise is returned within 7 days of the ship date on your invoice
(receipt). Exchanges will be charged a 15% handling fee.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. We cannot accept C.O.D.
shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a
traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing
slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be
processed and shipped to you.
